This seems kind of like a random sort of thing. I was perusing various pages on Bloomberg’s website Bloomberg.com - all sorts of pages, like bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-01-23/musk-s-boring-co-presents-l-a-tunnel-plan-to-culver-city and bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-01-24/how-to-spend-less-time-in-an-airport-security-line and bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/person.asp?personId=23587914&privcapId=2891086 and bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-01-24/qualcomm-gets-1-2-billion-eu-fine-for-apple-chip-payments - and I kept noticing along the bottom this link to “Made In NYC.” So, finally, I click on it, to solve the mystery…which isn’t really solved at all because it turns out this “Made In NYC” thing is the website of an association of NYC-based tech firms called the NY Tech Alliance. What’s it doing all over Bloomberg? Seems like an odd placement, down there next to the Careers and Website Feedback and Help links.
